Remote Control Electric Cars

Electric rc cars might not go as fast as nitro rc cars, but they can be just as fun.  Many rc electric cars, such as the HPI Sprint 2, get up there in speed, disproving the notion that electric cars are slow.  Traxxas and HPI continue to come out with newer electric models that challenge the speed thresholds of the nitro rc cars.  With rising fuel costs, an electric rc car may be the way to go.

Electric RC Cars = Fun

Electric rc cars have a wide variety of subtle features that make them not only fun to play with, but also fun to look at and show to your friend.  Some models feature hoods and doors that open, working headlights, and even some models that puff fake smoke from the exhaust.

Because you must charge your batteries between each use, if can get quite frustrating waiting around for your electric car to charge.  We recommend that you go with the top of the line battery charger.  It will pay for itself over time, as you will get more enjoyment from your remote control electric car.

If you're still not impressed with what a remote control electric car has to offer, if may be time for you to step it up to something more advanced, such as a gas powered remote control car.
